All installers go through a process of certification to ensure that they adhere to the highest standards of quality in their work. They are furthermore involved in all design processes to ensure that we get their feedback, in order to potentially improve on our design methods. All orders are electronically tracked to ensure that the installers know exactly when they are expected to receive the cabinetry at the customer sites, before they start with the installations. They will be prepared with all required installation documentation that may describe special needs or special installation requests. A final installation inspection will accompany a punch list that may require final touches to the installation. All these actions are monitored and fed into our CRM system to monitor any outstanding issues, which will then be followed up, until final signoff.
